A guaranteed original '8x10' movie still from Joshua Logan's romantic drama "Bus Stop", released in 1956 and based on the Broadway play by William Inge.

Starring Marilyn Monroe and Don Murray (who got the role after Elvis' manager stopped him taking the part) this wonderful film follows a stubborn and uncouth cowboy as he clumsily woos a beautiful waitress and aspiring actress. Beneath his bullying behaviour, is there a real man who she can love?

This was the first role Monroe took after studying at New York's Actors Studio and The Saturday Review of Literature reported that her performance "... dispels once and for all the notion that she is merely a glamour personality".

This is a wonderfully evocative movie still! Marilyn stands outside a bus depot as 1950's American life goes on around her! It was used for publicity during the film's 1956 release and the reverse bears a stamp from New York's Culver Pictures. We will include a photo of the reverse for its future owner's records.

It is in fantastic condition and has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing. As our photos show, it will look amazing on display!

We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.

Note: This still is priced framed. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
